The candidate selected will work directly alongside our leadership team to learn every aspect of our business, including: * In-home sales process * One-call closing systems * Recruiting and hiring * Sales training and coaching * Leadership and accountability systems * Sales psychology and team development * Operational communication between sales, marketing, and production * Culture building and performance management This individual must be willing to spend significant time in the field learning our process firsthand, mastering our systems, and leading by example. We believe the best leaders are those who fully understand the business from the ground level up. As we continue our expansion, this role is intended to transition into a leadership position overseeing a sales team and eventually operating an entire branch location.
