Key Responsibilities • Drive branch-level sales targets for Secured Business Loan/Micro LAP. • Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Officers. • Monitor daily activities and performance of the sales team. • Develop and implement local marketing strategies. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. • Build strong relationships with key customers and channel partners. • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions in CRM. • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.
