Description

The position is composed of 2 roles. Real Estate Mortgage (REM) loan officer and Branch Manager focused on deposit generation. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the banking industry. Open to candidate with extensive experience in branch banking operations. Experience in fieldwork, new client, and client management is required. Strong selling and negotiation skills; preference will be given to candidates with an active client portfolio in the designated areas. Excellent communication and presentation skills, resilience, and a proactive, results-oriented approach. Must be willing to be assigned in Pasig, Dasma, and Trece Martires.

Responsibilities

The role involves managing real estate mortgage loans and driving deposit generation as a branch manager. You will be responsible for fieldwork, client acquisition, and maintaining strong client relationships.
