Job Purpose: Manage branch service functions by delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring compliance with service standards and operational controls. Core accountabilities:  * Execute branch tasks related to new business with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring excellent customer experience. * Promote and sell appropriate financial products to meet assigned sales targets.  * Provide expert guidance and information to customers while upholding the Staff Code of Conduct.  * Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager to support branch operations.  * Adhere to Business Continuity Management (BCM) protocols and undergo relevant training.  *  Foster relationships with internal departments and customers to support business objectives.  * Strict compliance to the Branch Governance Charter and service standards.  * Follow Operating Procedures and ensure consistent orientation to them. * Deliver assigned sales tasks with precision and within set timelines, ensuring excellent customer service.  * Support branch operations under the supervision of the Line Manager, adhering to departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.  * Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer experience.
