BRANCH SALES SUPERVISOR – TRAVIS PERKINS, BATH (BA2 3EE)

Are you ready to lead from the front and deliver outstanding service every day? As a Branch Sales Supervisor at Travis Perkins, you’ll play a key role in inspiring your team, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth and safe day-to-day running of our branch.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, so we’re looking for someone who can offer:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader position, ideally in a customer service or retail environment.
• A passion for delivering excellent service and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

• Drive sales: From preparing quotes and handling product queries to advising on purchases, you’ll help turn every customer interaction into a great result.
• Maintain safety and stock flow: You will oversee the safe and efficient movement of goods around the branch, keeping both colleagues and customers safe by following all health and safety procedures.
