Description The Branch Supervisor oversees the day-to-day activities of the branch including member service, lending, operations, compliance, security and managing performance of the Member Service Representatives. The Branch Supervisor manages the team through scheduling and monitoring of employee time, motivating and coaching. They will be relied upon for troubleshooting and positively resolving advanced member issues and complaints and be a strong resource of knowledge for the branch team. They will also assist members and potential members with their consumer lending needs.
