Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will ensure that our customers expectations are met in a timely and efficient manner. To achieve this, you will supervise the team and provide hands-on support by:

  • Ensuring efficient staffing to meet operational demands
  • Attending to customers who visit the branch and addressing incoming inquiries
  • Managing customer orders by interacting with internal stakeholders to ensure we can meet our customer’s expectations
  • Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet customer and operational demands
  • Following up on quotations and inquiries to identify new sales opportunities
  • Providing timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring all processes are conducted safely by following the company’s safety practices
  • Unloading incoming deliveries and loading customers’ vehicles in a safe manner.
