Role Summary The main responsibility for the Foreman is to plan and lead the work in the workshop ensuring excellent service and efficiency. This means to assist the Service Manager and the Service Advisor in the organization and execution of the workshop’s production. This is achieved by leading multi skilled teams delivering the agreed service and quality at the promised time, fulfilling SHE requirements.Job Responsibilities Operations ManagementProvide operational support services and sometimes act as first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area. Involves using existing systems and protocols.Health, Safety, and EnvironmentFollow the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the well-being of self and others in the workplace; instruct the team in safe working methods; identify instances of risky behaviors within the team and take appropriate action, escalating serious issues as appropriate.Quality AssurancePlan and coordinate testing and inspection of products and processes.
