As a Branch Supervisor based in our Preston branch, you’ll be responsible for: Assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch. Building strong relationships with both customers and suppliers by managing enquiries promptly and processing sales efficiently. Proactively identifying opportunities to drive branch growth offering excellent customer service. Leading and motivating the team to achieve and exceed branch KPI's This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 08:00-17:00 (with flexibility) with 1hrs break. No weekend work required. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Climate background advantageous Sales or customer service experience Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
