We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Branch Warehouse Associate to support the efficient daily operations of our branch warehouse. This role is key to ensuring accurate order fulfillment, smooth inventory control, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities:  * Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail. * Receive and inspect inbound shipments, ensuring documentation matches contents. * Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate records. * Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. * Assist with product merchandising and keep the warehouse organized. * Safely operate a forklift (training provided if needed). * Support counter sales when required. * Follow all health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. * Take on additional responsibilities to support team and business needs. Requirements: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good communication skills—both verbal and written. * Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. * Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive. * Customer-focused with a positive attitude. * Comfortable using shared systems or CRM tools (training provided). * Must be able to manipulate stock weighing up to 50lbs We are an equal opportunity employer.
