Responsibilities

· Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards.
· Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers, to maintain a high-level of performance and professionalism.
· Develop and manage employee schedules, assigning tasks efficiently to optimize restaurant productivity.
· Monitor inventory levels and proactively order supplies to meet operational needs.
