Job Title: Commercial Brand Manager
Location: Ossett, West Yorkshire
Salary: From £27,000 per year (Dependent on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm (on-site)
We’re looking for a Commercial Brand Manager to join a growing ecommerce business in the health and beauty sector. You’ll be key in managing supplier relationships, overseeing brand performance, and supporting purchasing, forecasting, and promotional activity.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years’ experience in brand or supplier relationship management
  • Experience in retail or ecommerce (health & beauty sector desirable)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Commercially aware with the ability to analyse sales data and plan accordingly
  • Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to work, with occasional support required during weekends or key launches
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with key brands, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Support with stock planning and forecasting to align with promotional and seasonal activity.
  • Assist with brand performance reviews, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, promotions, and marketing support.
  • Help onboard new brands, ensuring smooth launches and integration with ecommerce systems.
  • Work with teams across marketing, ecommerce, and content to deliver effective brand campaigns.
  • Keep up to date with competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy.
