The Brand Activation Lead will be primarily responsible for brilliant execution of brand strategy and consumer programs to deliver brand key performance indicators (KPIs) with respect to finance (consumption, net sales, and profit) and the consumer (market share, awareness, share of voice, trial, and loyalty).

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Marketing Director and Latam marketing team to identify local market needs and create relevant content for all media channels.
  • Ensure local brand toolkits align with campaign goals.
  • Create and execute tactical campaigns with limited resources.
  • Conduct quarterly brand priority briefings with sales and trade teams.
  • Provide guidance on brand connections, including toolkit assets, creative briefs, and storyboards.
  • Define annual media plans and allocate A&P budgets per brand.
  • Oversee media flow revisions, budget approvals, and performance tracking.
  • Handle A&P finance revisions and P&L reconciliation.
  • Measure and improve digital performance of profit brands.
  • Manage quotes, audits, and registration for digital projects.
  • Offer advice on eCommerce product catalogs, programs, and delivery metrics.
  • Establish annual objectives and KPIs for each category and brand.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and competitor analysis.
  • Create change controls for product delisting, artwork changes, and new launches.
  • Conduct audits and monitor LOC marketing programs, including CAPA closures.
  • Lead ad-hoc legal requirements for marketing and promotion.
  • Manage the repackaging process for products in various markets.
  • Ensure claim validation aligns with local legislation and COE instructions.
  • Oversee local project reviews, submissions, and presentations.
  • Identify and deliver innovation projects with the PMO and increase the Latam innovation pipeline value.
  • Provide materials and updates for training in Commercial Excellence Capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Experience of more than 3 years in brand management, particularly in consumer goods.
  • Proficient in strategy, planning, promotion, and market dynamics.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in managing multi-market regions.
  • Strong background in developing advertising, managing media budgets, and understanding consumer insights.
  • Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
