We’re looking for a Brand Activation Manager to drive sales through the development and execution of best-in-class trade marketing and brand activation campaigns in our Hospitality & International channels. As our Brand Activation Manager you’ll be charged with accelerating our No.1 Cocktail brand position in the On-Trade and developing our soft drinks presence across the channels.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE…

  • Trade Marketing Strategy Development: Create integrated strategies that align with brand objectives with customer needs to create winning plans that resonate with target audiences across various environments across the OOH and International channels.
  • Deliver Bespoke Customer and Channel Campaigns: Develop and support the calendar of trade and consumer events from planning through to execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Marketing, Category, Sales, and customers to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, data, and market trends to optimize strategies and ensure maximum impact for campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Manage the brand activation budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support marketing initiatives and meet business objectives.
  • Customer and Industry Trends: Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness and represent the channels internally.
  • Timely and Efficient Delivery: Ensure all initiatives are delivered On Time, In Full, Right Every Time.
