WHAT YOU WILL DO
Brand activation manager assumes the responsibility for the execution of a global strategic plan for Nicorette across all touch points from consumer to HCP plans, whilst responsible and accountable for day-to-day management of all contribute brands within Selfcare. The contribute brands are, but not limited to Expectalin, Sudafed, Sinumax, Dr Mom, Vermox, Imodium, Daktarin, Motilium, and new brands responsibility.)
Key Responsibilities:
o Full P&L responsibility – NTS, GM
o Forecasting
o Distribution and Shopper activities
o Consumer facing activities
o Generate Insights and understand HCP needs to develop an HCP centric plan & content.
o Translate HCP insights into a brand & channel strategy for the different HCP segments.
o Draft and execute a marketing and communication plan towards HCPs in SA.
o Develop HCP content & materials (customer centric).
o Review and evaluate market research/trends and competitor information.
o Working collaboratively with external customers and partners (healthcare professionals. & healthcare associations) to develop a KOL network
o Play a proactive role in developing and managing relationships. with KOLs
o Understand the Patient journey, identify key influencers and develop an omnichannel key influencer program (ex. Partnership with professional organization with congresses, webinars).
o Amplify message by partnering with influential Key Opinion Leaders and/or trade associations.
o Facilitate quit smoking support access to Nicorette range
o Position our brands as partner of choice with HCP’s/GP’s (e.g. doctors, quit smoking coaches, dentists, dental hygienists).
o Develop omni-channel Professional Marketing plan in conjunction with regional support to drive awareness for Nicorette (e.g. educational events, advisory boards, CRM activities).
o Excellence in execution: leverage content, creation of material, execution via 3rd party agencies and tracking of results.
o Manage distribution of samples towards HCP’s.
o Collaborate closely with lead stakeholders across cluster to access best in-class best practices.
o Support and comply with the organizations’ duty of care obligations, in pharmacovigilance, regulatory, quality and medical information.
