We are hiring a Brand Ambassador for our North York office. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Comfortable engaging customers in retail or event settings
• Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Daily in-person attendance at the North York office
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset; training is provided
• Must be looking for full time role.

• Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and provide guidance.
• Deliver clear and accurate product and service information to support informed decisions.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from introduction to completion.
• Support team sales goals by promoting products and services effectively.
• Provide customer support to ensure positive experiences during and after interactions.
• Stay informed on promotions, campaigns, and product offerings.
• Share observations and customer feedback with the team for continuous improvement.
• Participate in training, team discussions, and contribute to sales and service objectives.
