POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will be a critical role in the Operations department, supporting the Manager, Distribution with facilitating client interactions and department communications.

Responsibilities

Patient Deliveries & Inventory Distribution

  • Picking up and dropping off deliveries to patients across the GTA within specified timeframes
  • Completing deliveries to clinics and other team members according to a weekly schedule
  • Acting as company brand ambassador while completing deliveries, consistently providing excellent customer service to patients and clients
  • Safeguarding confidential patient and client information at all times
  • Communicating professionally and in a collaborative manner with patients and other team members to provide or collect information regarding scheduled deliveries as necessary
  • Ensuring correct number of pieces for each delivery are picked up and present at drop off (ie bags, boxes, Credo packages)
  • Handling products appropriately and ensuring they are transported safely, securely, and within the required temperature range
  • Maintaining awareness of proper cold chain procedures to be followed for temperature sensitive products
  • Correctly preparing and using cold chain equipment to maintain suitable storage conditions in case of on- and off-site emergencies to preserve company assets (ie priming refrigerated or freezer Credos, using trackers to create accurate temperature logs)
  • Sterile cleaning of certain products to keep free from bacteria; keeping clean for delivery
  • Distributing inventory to various company locations across the GTA as required
  • General labour tasks at company locations as assigned
  • Performing delivery tasks to other locations within Ontario if necessary
