Responsibilities

JOB ROLE - BRAND AMABASSADOR

By becoming one of our Brand Ambassadors you will be at the forefront of our luxury business within our Host Partner stores. It’s more than just maximising sales, it’s about redefining our retail offer, working closely with our Host partners and representing the Brand in all that you do. You’ll work in conjunction with your Multi-Site/Dual Site or Buddy Manager to shape and define your local department regarding stock pack, marketing opportunities, host partner activity and requirements, and alongside members of your sales team with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service and high standards with integrity and pride.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Being ambitious and driven goes without saying, but at LK Bennett that’s only half the story. You will be able to create and maximise sales opportunities and actively promote and represent LK Bennett standards with particular emphasis on service excellence and operational efficiency.
o Deliver our outstanding levels of customer service, treating the customer as your number one priority within our Host Partner stores.
o Act as a Brand Ambassador, setting out the expectation to deliver an exceptional customer experience, be a role model for the team and provide feedback to achieve these standards
o Be part of an environment where customers feel comfortable asking our opinion and use product knowledge to drive upselling through outfit building.
o Ensure the customer service you and the team deliver in your concession creates lasting customer relationships, building and sustaining brand loyalty.
o Champion our omni-channel offer as appropriate within your host store, offering alternatives and ordering from online or ordering from other stores so not to disappoint.
o Demonstrate knowledge on current fashion trends and create bespoke looks for customers, supervise completion of product knowledge training with the team.
o Treat every customer as an individual identifying their needs and going above and beyond to fulfil them, using appropriate selling techniques to meet different customers’ needs to maximise sales.
o Work closely with Multi-Site/Dual Site or Buddy Manager as and when required, ensuring an aligned and unified approach and KPI focus.
o Inspire the team to reach sales targets, be aware of both Brand and Host Partner store targets and KPI measures.
o Delegate duties and responsibilities to team members in your absence, reviewing to ensure they are completed to standard and in a timely manner.
o Take direction from your Multi-Site/Dual Site or Buddy Manager on completion of relevant checklists and any operational requirements following both Brand and Host process and procedures. Feeding back any concerns to Multi-Site/Dual Site or Buddy manager.
o Reviewing and actioning replenishment, visual guidelines and any promotional activities to the highest standards (Brand and Host) and in a timely manner.
o Regularly communicate performance results to your Manager, raising any concerns, suggestions or ideas to improve operations and drive sales.
o Build strong relationships both internally with Host Partner and externally. Work closely with your Multi-Site/Dual Site or Buddy Manager to maximise your stores performance.
o Act as a conduit of information between your Manager and the Host Partner when required.
o Work with your Manager to look for opportunities to align with any Host Store activities, become an expert on host and local market activities.
o Support your Manager to develop the team in skills and personal performance, escalating any performance issues to your Manager in a timely manner.
o Support the management of your team rotas, ensure holidays, sickness and peak activity are covered, escalating any concerns.
