BRAND AMBASSADORS

We are looking for upbeat individuals to join our Marketing and Sales team. If you are confident, outgoing, and like working with the public, we have a great role in our company for you. This position helps us represent our brands at local farmers markets and special events. Our Brand Ambassadors, answer customer inquiries, provide information regarding the company’s products, services, and provide consumers with samples of our products. We want you to increase our company’s brand awareness, support us at events or spirit classes, network with prospective customers, and maintain the positive image of our company.
We are assembling a team of Farmers Market and Events Brand Ambassadors to help us grow our small local craft spirits brand in the Edmonton area.
Our Brand Ambassadors will be the face and voice of our brands. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing sales and brand awareness for our premium products at the distillery and off site. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve our sales objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication, great sales skills, and a passion for engaging with the public to bring awareness to our brands.

BRAND AMBASSADOR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sales experience and ProServe certification
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to travel
Responsibilities
  • Familiarizing yourself with the company’s products, goals and sales targets
  • Working closely with our sales and marketing team, executing company initiatives
  • Educating customers about our products, offerings and events
  • Drive brand awareness and attract new customers
  • Reporting and tracking customer’s interactions, sales volume, and samples
  • Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
  • Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times
  • Distributing samples of our premium products
  • Ensuring that the brand, product, or service is in perfect condition for demonstration.
  • Monitoring inventory levels to cover the demand.
