We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Brand Ambassador fluent in English and Arabic to deliver exceptional service across multiple channels—including phone, email, LIVE Chat, WhatsApp.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· University or College Degree.

· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure closure
· Uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional service
· Handle client data with care, respecting privacy policies
· Generate leads, schedule boutique appointments & assist with sales
