About the Role: We’re looking for a confident, outgoing rider with a passion for Harley-Davidson to represent our dealership in-store, throughout the community, and online. The Brand Ambassador / Dealership Representative is the face of our store — connecting with riders, promoting the lifestyle, supporting events, and assisting with activities that enhance overall dealership operations. Full-time position with varying days totaling 40 hours per week (typically Tues - Sat 9:30am - 5:30pm). Pay starting at $17/hr. + bonuses! Responsibilities: · Work alongside our Marketing Manager to support promotions and events · Participate in social media content that captures the Harley-Davidson lifestyle · Attend community events, bike nights, and other scheduled activities · Engage with Riding Academy enrollees and graduates, offering information and assistance · Participate in HOG chapter meetings, encourage enrollment, and serve as the dealership’s representative voice · Build relationships with employees, customers, motorcycle clubs, and local organizations Requirements Requirements: · Must have a valid motorcycle endorsement · Must have a genuine passion for Harley-Davidson and the motorcycle community · Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills · Some experience with social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) · Comfortable engaging customers in person and on camera · Must be available for weekends, nights, and off-site events · Social media presence preferred but not required · Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Benefits: · Fun place to work · Competitive pay and bonus potential · Tons of opportunity for growth and advancement · Health, Dental, Vision, and more after 60 days · 401(k) plan with company matching · Employee discount
