We’re hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent our company at local events, and in neighborhoods across the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Your Day to Day: Talk with homeowners at events, shows, festivals, and retail pop-ups Spark conversations & set appointments Represent the brand with energy + confidence Why this is a Win, Win Paid training Fun, high-energy events Flexible schedule You will get a paycheck that grows with your results - with average earnings starting at $70k per year No experience needed Who Does Well in This Role Experience in customer service roles Self-motivated, energetic and comfortable starting conversations Able to work weekend events and weekly retail Comfortable working outside Great for people with experience in: Brand ambassador work, event marketing, promotions, customer service and sales support Requirements No previous experience necessary. We provide full training! Experience in restoration sales, or customer service is a plus but not required. Positive attitude, good communication skills, and reliability are key. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.). Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., event materials, signage). Comfortable with prolonged periods of speaking and engaging with the public. Ability to travel to multiple locations within a workday (retail sites and events). Must be able to stop, reach, and bend occasionally when setting up booths or materials. Must be able to report to and work from different assigned locations, which may vary day to day based on business needs.
