SALES ASSISTANT - JOIN A GROWING AND DYNAMIC SALES TEAM.

Our client, a highly regarded company based in the Bournemouth and Poole areas, is expanding and on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven individuals to represent their fun, fast-paced sales team. They excel in field sales and marketing, driving brand growth and revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This subcontracted role rewards your effort directly through acquisition-based earnings and incentives, so the more you sell, the more you earn in commission and the more likely you are to hit incentive thresholds to boost your earnings further.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • SALES ENGAGEMENT:Conduct field sales, representing clients and their offerings directly to the public.
  • TEAMWORK:Collaborate with other sales specialists to fine-tune sales strategies and adapt to diverse customer needs.
  • BRAND PROMOTION:Enhance brand visibility by effectively communicating the benefits of clients’ products or services.
  • ONGOING LEARNING:Participate in meetings to stay informed about product details, ensuring you can confidently address customer queries.
  • CLIENT REPRESENTATION:Wear branded gear to clearly signify your association with the brand, building trust with potential customers.
  • CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:Deliver exceptional service, creating positive experiences that encourage customer loyalty and referrals.
  • ACTIVE PARTICIPATION:Join daily office briefings and take part in optional events like workshops, team-building activities, award nights, and networking events.
