JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, representing our brand at events, trade shows, and community activities across Ontario. Your primary goal will be to engage with potential customers, educate them about our HVAC products and services, and generate high-quality leads by booking in-home appointments for our outside sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, approachable, and passionate about customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outgoing, approachable, and confident personality.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar promotional role is an asset.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate product knowledge and company value propositions.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout Ontario and work evenings or weekends as required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities
  • Attend events, trade shows, and community gatherings across Ontario to promote our brand and services.
  • Actively engage with attendees to educate them about our HVAC solutions, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, and purification systems.
  • Generate high-quality leads by identifying customer needs and scheduling in-home assessments.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while representing the company.
  • Distribute promotional materials, answer questions, and provide information about current offers and rebates.
  • Track and report on leads generated and appointments booked at each event.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with promotional goals and strategies.
  • Help set up and dismantle event booths, ensuring the display is attractive and professional.
