Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Compensation Range: $18-20 per hour

MINIMUM ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Can lift 35lbs independently from floor, at waist level, and above waist
• Agile enough to twist, crouch, bend and stoop multiple times per day
• Can stand (occasionally outdoors), sit, or operate a vehicle for 8+ hours per day
• Occasional travel for meetings and events
• Occasional travel outside designated region as required
• Reliable vehicle for transportation
• Reliable smartphone and laptop

• Supports Craft Consulting team by participation in beer events, demonstrations, competitions, festivals, and exhibitions as needed
• Coordinates and executes account tastings and samplings
• Relationship building with regional on and off premise accounts
• Conveying the Mother Road brand and story
• Inspiring new and returning customers about Mother Road’s beers
• Weekly coordination with Chief Sales Officer to evaluate market activations
• Assisting Marketing Specialist with social media content as needed

Administrative

• Prepares weekly recaps and submits photos
• Complies with local and Arizona health regulations, Title 4 Liquor Laws, and TTB regulations
• Logs receipts and all appropriate paperwork
• All other duties assigned by Chief Sales Officer
