THE OPPORTUNITY

To support the growth of our retail presence, we are currently looking for an Itinerant Brand Ambassador who is passionate about skin care and eager to develop their skills in a refined and customer-focused environment.
This role requires a dynamic, sales-driven, and detail-oriented individual. The ideal candidate will combine excellent commercial skills with strong leadership capabilities to help the team in achieving business goals while delivering a memorable customer journey.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE

Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 year on sales, preferably in a beauty luxury retail environment;
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across Italy and adapt to different store environments;
  • Italian and English Fluent are a must, other foreign languages is a plus;
  • Willing to work in and promote a team-oriented environment;
  • It is mandatory to have both Make up and fragrances expertise, certification is considered as a plus (Ex. Make up school);
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management and staff;
  • Must be results driven and flexible to change;
  • Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets, preferably if niche environments;
  • Excellent customer service level;
  • Strong clienteling background.

  • Provide excellent customer service skills, great selling skills and exhibit motivation to succeed;
  • Create brand storytelling that enhances customer experience and drives sales
  • Follow brand policies and procedures;
  • Monitor KPI through specific analysis.
