Job Title: Cannabis Brand Ambassador – Pro Gro
Job Type: Part-Time | Temporary
Location: Local Hot Spots and Tailgate Events
Pay: $20/hour (5-hour minimum shifts)
Schedule: Friday & Saturday nights
Age Requirement: Must be 21+

We are looking for Brand Ambassadors to represent our cannabis company at local hot spots, tailgates, and promotional events!
This role combines grassroots marketing, customer engagement, and cannabis education. As the face of Pro Gro, you’ll help drive brand awareness, foster relationships, and create unique, memorable experiences for customers and industry professionals alike.
This is a great opportunity for those passionate about cannabis culture, marketing, and community engagement—with the bonus of sharing and documenting your experiences across your social platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

• 21+ years of age
• 1+ years of brand ambassador, marketing, or cannabis industry experience (preferred)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Punctual, organized, and able to manage time effectively
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work a flexible, self-determined schedule

• Represent Pro Gro with enthusiasm and professionalism at local events
• Create engaging customer experiences to increase brand awareness and loyalty
• Distribute marketing materials, samples, and branded swag
• Educate potential customers on cannabis products and promotions
• Set up and tear down displays or event materials as needed
• Promote events and products on your personal social media platforms
• Be a core part of event marketing campaigns
