Ralawise is a leading supplier in the personalised clothing and merchandise marketplace and stock a wide range of industry leading and high street leading brands helping customers find the products they love.
One of the brands that we are a proud distributor of is the European B&C brand; B&C is a successful Belgium brand, well known for their timeless collection of sustainable and ethically made garments, their collection includes T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Polo’s, Outerwear and Shirts.
As the UK distributor for B&C, we are looking for an experienced Apparel Sales person to act as the B&C Brand Ambassador for the North in this newly created role. This person will be a key figure in the future growth of B&C and will be instrumental with the B&C South Ambassador in taking the brand to the next level in the UK & Ireland.
Your sales experience, brand building profile and great story-telling skills will come into play from day one - and it is important that you have a strong customer focus and good business understanding to be successful in this role.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • We are looking for somebody who is passionate, proactive, driven, curious, independent, responsible, targeted, customer-oriented and a relationship-builder.
  • Be solution-oriented and love to create growth - and can make things happen.
  • Ability to see opportunities and abilities to uncover and create needs with customers.
  • Able to Work independently, structured, and responsible with your tasks.
  • Have strong communication, listening and presentation skills
  • Perform when working with Key and Top-Level Customers
  • Previous B2B sales experience, preferably with a background in Fashion or Textiles
  • An interest in sustainability would be an advantage
  • Ability to analyse data, produce reports and plan strategically
  • Full driving license and passport
Responsibilities

KEY DUTIES:

  • Develop and speed up collaboration with Key Customers through frequent visits
  • Facilitate product training and ensuring that Key Customers are ready to grow with Ralawise and B&C
  • Raise B&C brand awareness through brand building and storytelling
  • Ensure that B&C is “top of mind” with partners
  • Identify new opportunities for developing top level customers
  • Support the fulfilment of sales budgets
  • Plan and participate in local fairs and sales meetings
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on trends within your customers, ideas and strategy moving forwards.
  • Achieving the sales targets which are set both monthly and annually.
  • Attend sales meetings in Belgium – at least once a year

THIS IS A REMOTE WORKING ROLE AND WILL INVOLVE TRAVEL TO VISIT OUR KEY CUSTOMERS IN THE NORTH OF ENGLAND SO THE SUCCESSFUL PERSON MUST BE HAPPY WORKING IN THE FIELD 3-4 DAYS A WEEK AND BE ABLE TO STAY AWAY FROM HOME WHEN REQUIRED. A NORTH LOCATION IS ESSENTIAL.

Salary: £40,000 OTE: £55,000
