As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent Expo Home Improvement at retail locations, shows and events throughout the Austin area. Your primary responsibility is engaging homeowners and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. Requirements Strong communicator Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven Reliable transportation and availability for events Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.). Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., event materials, signage). Comfortable with prolonged periods of speaking and engaging with the public. Ability to travel to multiple locations within a workday (retail sites and events). Must be able to stop, reach, and bend occasionally when setting up booths or materials. Must be able to report to and work from different assigned locations, which may vary day to day based on business needs.
