Job Description As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our De Beers London’s flagship store in The Houston Galleria. You will drive sales performance across all categories, cultivate strong client relationships with existing clients, create new relationships and work to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. You will embody the prestige and elegance of De Beers London in every aspect of the selling ceremony by acting as an ambassador and deliver unparalleled service and expertise to our discerning clientele. Key responsibilities Introduce the Brand to all visitors and explain its history to new clients. Demonstrate exceptional product and diamond knowledge. Maintain thorough, accurate, and accessible client information. Nurture long-term client relationships, engaging them with events and new products. Develop strong negotiation skills to ensure sales closure. What you'll do: Act Like an Owner: Take full responsibility for the store's performance and client satisfaction. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor practices The base salary for the position is $55,000 - $60,000 USD annually + plus bonus and commission plan. Qualifications Proven record of delivering fine jewellery sales results, result-oriented with commercial acumen and a strong knowledge of the luxury retail industry. Fluent in the local language and fluent in spoken and written English. Other languages (e.g., Spanish, Chinese, Arabic) are a plus. Inherent interest in the jewellery industry which drives your passion for excellence. Take full responsibility for performance and client satisfaction, driving business growth and excellence.
