JOB SUMMARY:

As a Brand Ambassador for Sticky Greens and Trippy Sips, you will be the face of our brands across retail locations in Ontario. In this pivotal role, you’ll promote our products, engage directly with customers, and educate retailers about our offerings, ensuring memorable and positive brand experiences. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for the cannabis industry. Reporting directly to the Key Account Manager, you’ll play a key part in expanding our brand presence, fostering sales growth, and building lasting connections within the cannabis community.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • This position requires regular travel within the province of Ontario
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate in-store activities and retail schedules.
  • Compensation package including a competitive base salary, mileage reimbursement, and bonus structure after probationary period.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact and ambassador for Sticky Greens and Trippy Sips in our key retail key accounts, throughout Southwestern Ontario.
  • Conduct in-store visits to distribute merchandising assets and educate budtenders on our products. Ensure that product displays and promotional materials are properly set up and maintained to on-shelf visibility.
  • Gather customer and store feedback to share insights with the sales and marketing teams for product and strategy improvements.
  • Execute scheduled in-store pop-ups, activate on-premise events, and tradeshows to drive brand awareness and product trial.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with store staff and customers to enhance brand loyalty.
