Here at STP London, we have studied and looked into what makes a great Brand Ambassador. We now believe that some of the best leaders share common characteristics often found in those from a sports background. Here are a few transferable traits we know attribute to success in our environment and things we’re searching for in our next wave of Brand Ambassadors.

• Discipline: You need to be able to set the pace and lead from the front
• Adaptability: You need to be able to adapt to any situation, tackle challenges head-on with confidence
• Passion & Vision: You need to be the embodiment of positivity, instill passion into your team and push them towards a common goal
• Motivational: Your vibe attracts your tribe

We are looking to harness these attributes and use them to propel a candidate from the entry-level opening into a team leadership role to start learning the ins and outs of a management position

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• You’ll need to be 18 years of age or over and already eligible to work in the UK full time as this is commission-based and self-employed.
• Must be able to commute to Angel Islington daily (N1)
• Must have a winning mentality, a drive to succeed and the willingness to learn, develop and thrive
