Job Title: Brand Ambassador Position Type: Contract (3 Months, Possible Extension) Location: East Elmhurst, NY 11371 Salary Rate: $25–30/hour Full availability for mornings (7:30 AM – 5 PM) and/or evenings (4:30 PM – 2 AM), including weekends and holidays Job Description We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to support curbside operations at a major airport location. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless rider experience by assisting customers with ride requests, managing curbside flow, and ensuring operational compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities Lead the curbside experience by proactively welcoming riders and guiding them through the app to request rides. Monitor and manage vehicle flow to ensure safe, efficient pickups and minimize congestion. Provide real-time troubleshooting for app-related questions, payment issues, and rider/driver conflict resolution. Collaborate closely with airport operations and law enforcement to maintain compliance with airport policies. Uphold brand standards by delivering professional, premium, and helpful customer service at all times. Requirements (Mandatory) 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, airport operations, event logistics, or traffic management. Full availability for mornings (7:30 AM – 5 PM) and/or evenings (4:30 PM – 2 AM), including weekends and holidays. Comfortable working 100% outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Reliable transportation to LGA and a proven track record of punctuality.
