Job Summary Outdoor Brands LLC is a rapidly growing organization focused on delivering innovative BBQ and grilling solutions through brands like Pit Boss, Char-Broil, and Oklahoma Joe’s, with a strong emphasis on performance, integrity, and stakeholder value. This position is responsible for representing Outdoor Brands in a field sales capacity. This role will drive sales, elevate brand presence, and execute high-impact retail and event activations. It blends sales leadership, team management, and operational execution to ensure consistent, high-quality customer engagement. We are looking to hire a Brand Ambassador in UT, AZ, and TX.Duties and Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive direct-to-consumer and assisted retail sales through product demos, customer engagement, and education. Brand Presentation & Development: Ensure a professional, engaging, and knowledgeable brand presence across all customer and partner touchpoints. Retail Partnership Management: Build relationships with retail teams to improve product knowledge, merchandising compliance, and sell-through. Event Strategy & Execution: Execute in-store and market events, including peak seasonal and promotional activations. Merchandising Excellence: Maintain visually compelling, brand-compliant displays with accurate pricing and signage. Qualification Requirements Proven success in direct-to-consumer sales and field team leadership Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, field-driven environment Willingness to travel extensively (80–100%) and work weekends Physical capability for event setup and long-duration standing Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Business to Consumer sales experience and passion is a must Strong communication skills and a genuine love of people Willingness to learn Ability to work independently Compensation & Benefits Highlights Hourly rate commensurate with experience plus performance-based bonus Paid travel and company credit card for travel expenses.
