POSITION SUMMARY

Credit One Bank is looking for a Specialist, Account Services to join the Marketing Communications team. The Marketing Communications team is comprised of two arms, Accounts and Creative, and is responsible for leveraging industry and consumer knowledge to deliver impactful marketing communications campaigns and assets.
This individual will have experience managing projects and relationships and will support the creation of internal and external marketing and communications projects for all areas of the Bank.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Collaborate with internal clients across the organization to support the development of effective internal and external marketing and communications campaigns utilizing print and digital mediums.
  • Obtain and communicate campaign performance metrics that will inform future creative decisions.
  • Collaborate with business partners and department leadership to craft detailed creative briefs translating business objectives into clear creative requests.
  • Ensure all marketing assets adhere to brand guidelines as well as quality and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with MarCom leadership and creative team to ensure timely completion of projects, in accordance with established SLAs.
  • Facilitate and monitor approval processes with Product and Channel owners and Compliance.
  • Present campaign strategies to clients and department leadership.
  • Understand and follow established processes and workflows.
  • Utilize project management system (Workamajig) to manage project timelines, facilitate creative development, and run status reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND KEY SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Self-starter, takes initiative, and is solution oriented
  • Creative, innovative, resourceful, and adaptable to change
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and delivery
  • Proven time management and organization skills
  • Ability to network and manage relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative, supportive, and thrives as a team player
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Knowledge of project management software a plus
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and trends a plus
