We are seeking a Brand & Campaign Manager to take ownership of campaign planning and brand positioning across our client portfolio. This role is ideal for a creative yet commercially minded marketer who can deliver integrated campaigns, strengthen brand equity, and ensure consistent messaging across multiple channels.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience managing brand strategy and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with campaign reporting and performance tracking tools.

Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning:
  • Develop and implement brand strategies that enhance visibility, trust, and engagement within the healthcare sector.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all client campaigns and touchpoints.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, and events).
  • Oversee creative briefing, asset development, and campaign timelines.
  • Coordinate with performance marketing, content, and design teams to deliver integrated activity.
  • Content & Creative Direction:
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to create compelling campaign content.
  • Ensure creative output aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor campaign performance using relevant KPIs and provide actionable insights.
  • Recommend optimisations to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the key contact for brand and campaign activity across multiple healthcare brands.
  • Present campaign strategies, updates, and results to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with creative, PR, and media partners.
