SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a brand, creative or communications role
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to write for multiple audiences and channels
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Confident using a camera and editing photography for print/digital
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Comfortable working on-site full-time and engaging with different stakeholders
  • Confident communicating with MDs, sales teams, and hospitality staff
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider team
Responsibilities

We’re working with a long-standing business in the manufacturing space, known for its rich heritage and growing presence both in the UK and internationally. They’re now looking for a creative Brand & Communications Executive to help elevate how the brand is seen and experienced — from printed collateral to social media, internal campaigns to event visuals.
This is a highly varied and hands-on role that sits across both the core business and its customer-facing venue. You’ll get stuck into everything from copywriting and content creation to photography, design, and digital graphics — bringing consistency and creativity across all brand touchpoints.
Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of a close-knit team where everyone chips in. They’re looking for someone proactive, confident, and able to hit the ground running with minimal handholding. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple projects and working at pace in a busy and collaborative environment.
