About the role The Brand and Communications Team Lead role is pivotal in shaping and communicating a compelling brand narrative that resonates globally. Working closely with the Head of Brand & Buzz, you will own brand initiatives end-to-end, from messaging and storytelling to campaign delivery and performance tracking. You will act as a brand reference point, ensuring consistency, quality, and differentiation, while helping build emotional connections with our audiences through content, social media, and thought leadership. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who combines strong brand judgment with execution excellence, and who is comfortable influencing across teams in a fast-growing SaaS environment. ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy, Identity & Storytelling Execute and continuously evolve Yodeck’s brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging Ensure consistency and high quality across campaigns, brand assets, and internal communications Contribute to brand and thought leadership initiatives that reinforce Yodeck’s category leadership Shape compelling narratives that connect Yodeck’s value proposition to customer and industry needs Campaign Delivery, Employer Branding & Impact Support the planning and execution of global and local brand campaigns Coordinate internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution Partner with HR and People teams to deliver employer branding and internal communications initiatives Track and analyze performance across brand, social, and campaign initiatives, applying insights to improve future impact Social, Community & Brand Activation Activate social media to support brand campaigns, PR moments, and executive visibility Translate brand narratives into engaging, platform-native content across social media channels Amplify Yodeck’s culture, values, and employee experience through employer branding initiatives Support community-driven initiatives (webinars, events, advocacy, user stories) to strengthen brand trust and long-term engagement How Success Will Be Measured Ensuring consistency and quality of brand execution across all touchpoints Contributing to increased brand awareness, recall, and positive sentiment Delivering campaigns on time and aligned with defined objectives Increasing share of voice through thought leadership, PR, and brand-led initiatives Driving measurable growth and engagement across social media channels 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications roles (B2B SaaS or tech preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills Solid understanding of brand building in growth-stage or multi-region environments Proven experience executing brand campaigns and social media strategies Experience collaborating with designers, content creators, and external agencies Familiarity with earned media, PR, and thought leadership initiatives and their impact on brand visibility and share of voice Experience supporting employer branding or culture-led brand initiatives Creative, brand-first mindset with a hands-on execution approach Experience coordinating the creation of high-quality multimedia assets to support internal teams Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments Proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose brand initiatives that support category leadership and long-term brand growth Nice to Have Experience working in B2B SaaS scale-up environments Experience experimenting with or developing B2B brand strategies on emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok) Exposure to community growth and engagement, particularly in professional or interest-based communities (e.g., Reddit) Competitive salary Company-wide bonus scheme and a great Stock Option plan Amazing workplace, certified as Great Place to Work Hybrid Work From Home policy Office gym, nutritionist, and meal vouchers Individual training budget for professional development Private medical insurance plan Fun and collaborative start-up environment (with amazing offices!)
