Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We’re seeking a versatile Brand and Creative Manager to join our team on a contract basis to cover a maternity leave. Reporting to the Executive Director, you’ll collaborate with the Destination Marketing Manager, Social Media and Marketing Assistant, and Visitor Services and Retail Manager to lead exciting projects and ensure our brand shines across all initiatives.
You’ll also support the Visitor Centre by providing wayfinding information, assisting customers with Flag Shop purchases, and showcasing Chilliwack merchandise to locals and visitors alike.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management: Deliver marketing projects on time and on budget.
- Graphic Design: Create ads, signage, presentations, merchandise, guides, and marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
- Brand Management: Ensure Tourism Ch’illiwack’s voice and visuals are consistent and engaging.
- Visitor Centre Support: Help customers with wayfinding, Flag Shop purchases, and merchandise sales.
- Team Support: Collaborate on destination development and community initiatives, contributing creative solutions and supporting team members with design expertise as needed.
