OVERVIEW OF ROLE
The Brand & Culture Manager plays a key role in developing and delivering Liaise’s brand identity, culture, and marketing strategy to enhance both employee engagement and external reputation.
This role will lead internal communications, employer branding, events, and engagement initiatives to foster a strong organisational culture. Additionally, they will work closely with commercial, marketing and HR to position the organisation as an employer of choice and an industry leader in the health and social care sector.
By ensuring clear, compelling, and aligned messaging across all touchpoints—internally and externally—the Brand & Culture Manager helps shape the organisation’s identity, employee experience, and industry standing.
