Job Description
The Brand & Customer Manager Oncology (BCM) is responsible for identifying brand growth opportunities, setting portfolio priorities and securing appropriate business plans within the country.
BCM oncology designs, develops and implements marketing programs in the country for respective Brand / Portfolio consistent with global and local strategies.
BCM Oncology prepares the launching of the products in the market. He/she will at the same time ensure support and focus on driving and optimizing existing portfolio.
The BCM will engage with top customers across the Country with the objective to improve the patients’ health outcomes.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor or University degree from accredited university, preferably Healthcare education (medical or pharmaceutical)
  • 5 years’ experience within Pharma, preferable experience in Oncology and launching new products
  • Ability to manage key external stakeholders, to influence without authority, and to create and carry out action plans in matrix cross-functional team structures
  • Exhibit strong leadership, problem solving, project planning, teamwork, analytical
  • Very good written/verbal communication skills in Romanian and English Languages
  • Ability to integrate diverse perspectives from across the work group
  • Knowledge of Financial management (e.g., promo budget, sales forecasts, etc.) to be able to support the BUD
  • Business acumen (e.g., knowledgeable in policies, practices, trends, technology, and information influencing company’s business)
  • Ability to prioritize objectives and make difficult resource allocation decisions
  • Digitally literate- quick to understand, has the practical experience
  • Operational/execution skills (e.g., ability to get things implemented)
  • Proficient use of MS Office programs
Responsibilities
  • Develops in collaboration with the cross functional team the Brand Plan for Romania and follows up execution, based on specific KPIs
  • Tracks sales and expenses forecasting and follows up implementation of approved action plan
  • Develops relevant promotional and non-promotional material and programs, customizes global and regional materials to be appropriate to local market
  • Integrates MCM activities, customer solutions projects, communication plans and other customer related activities and ensures accomplishment of strategic objectives
  • Collaborates with support functions to conduct market research/analysis
  • Conducts frequent field visits alone or with Oncology Senior Medical Representatives to liaise with Scientific Leads and other physicians, gaining deeper market understanding and customer insights
  • Close liaison with the oncology medical representatives to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and programs to ensure that promotional material is being used optimally
  • Respects the Internal Book of regulation, the applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs) in company, the ARPIM code and all the applicable Romanian laws
