Ideal Candidate Profile What You'll Bring Minimum 3 years' experience in a combined graphic design and digital marketing role. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop — non-negotiable). Demonstrated experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with measurable results. Proven experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn as brand channels including organic content strategy and community engagement. Experience managing content in a CMS platform — WordPress, Shopify, or equivalent. Portfolio demonstrating premium product brand design across print and digital channels. Proficient in AI tools for design and marketing output — image generation, copywriting, and video — with the ability to review and refine AI-generated content to brand standard. Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently. Willing to work fully onsite BGC, Dayshift (AU) Desirable Skills Experience in architecture, interiors, building products, or luxury goods. Familiarity with email marketing platforms — Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or equivalent. Basic video editing for social content (Reels, product videos). Experience with Figma or similar collaborative design tools. Understanding of SEO principles applied to product pages and web content. Exposure to AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus. An interest in interiors, architecture, or design. Your Impact Starts Here Brand & Graphic Design Design and produce print-ready collateral including brochures, catalogues, specification sheets, and price lists. Create trade presentation decks, exhibition materials, advertisements, promotions, and point-of-sale artwork. Deliver production-ready files for both digital and offset printing. Actively use AI tools to streamline creative production — ensuring all AI-assisted output is reviewed and approved to brand standard before publication. Maintain brand consistency across all collaterals. Digital Marketing & Paid Media Set up, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Produce ad creative and copy aligned to campaign briefs. Report on campaign performance monthly covering reach, engagement, cost per result, and ROAS. Maintain a minimum 4-week forward pipeline of approved ad creative and support the Marketing Manager with strategy and audience targeting recommendations. Social Media Concept, design, and produce social media assets for Instagram and LinkedIn — static, carousel, and video/Reels formats. Maintain a minimum 8-week asset library, schedule and publish content in line with the approved content calendar, monitor and report on social media performance metrics monthly. Website CMS & Administration Update and maintain company website via CMS — product listings, page updates, imagery, banners, and copy. Manage Product Information Sheets and installation guides. Maintain the Marketing Drive including file organisation and asset library. Design and schedule EDMs and maintain accurate distribution lists. Provide general marketing administration support to the Marketing Manager as required.
