EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, destination or lifestyle brands.
Proven track record in building and executing marketing strategies that drive commercial results.
Strong digital knowledge including SEO, website management, paid media, and performance reporting.
Exceptional copywriting and content creation ability, with a passion for storytelling.
Experience managing multiple agencies and delivering integrated campaign plans.
Commercially driven with an analytical mindset and ability to report on ROI.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

As Mount Juliet Estate embarks on an exciting new chapter - including the refurbishment of the Manor House and the rollout of a wider estate master plan - we are seeking a dynamic, commercially minded Brand and Marketing Manager to lead the storytelling and positioning of the estate across all channels. This role combines strategy with execution and will play a central role in elevating the estate’s profile nationally and internationally, while managing day-to-day marketing outputs and agency relationships.
