THE POSITION
Helcim is seeking a skilled Brand and Product Marketing Specialist to help us achieve our goal of becoming the world’s most loved payments company. This role involves developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies and managing both paid and owned marketing channels for Helcim’s products and features. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Marketing, Product, and Design teams to build enthusiasm, drive adoption, and increase awareness for the Helcim brand and its offerings.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional Writing and Communication Skills: Proven ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging messaging for diverse audiences and marketing channels. Experience in creating marketing collateral for brands and products, including advertising, landing pages, blogs, emails, and more.
- Brand Marketing Expertise: A strong understanding of brand building principles, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Product Marketing Acumen: Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and launch plans.
- Creative Ideation and Strategy: Ability to develop innovative marketing concepts and strategies, with a keen eye for how visuals and messaging work together to tell a compelling story.
- Collaboration and Relationship Management: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships to achieve shared goals.
- Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Self-Starter with Strong Judgement: Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to take initiative, make sound judgments about project priorities, and contribute to the company’s strategic goals.
- Design Awareness: Basic design knowledge to support marketing collateral creation and provide constructive feedback to design teams.
ABOUT YOU:
- You are a marketing professional with 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or a related field.
- You are passionate about developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that build both brand and product success.
- You are excited about the opportunity to develop your own strategies, campaigns, and messaging from the ground up.
- You’re confident in your ability to organize projects, manage multiple priorities, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
- You thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly across departments to achieve shared objectives.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and not afraid to take initiative or ask for clarification when needed.
- You possess strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.
- You are a compelling storyteller with excellent writing skills.
- You can plan, execute, and report on the lifecycle of a product launch, leveraging digital ads, social media, content marketing, web copy, and in-person activations as required.
- You are curious, willing to ask questions, challenge the status quo, and are constantly seeking to learn and grow.
