It helps shippers and carriers reduce costs, eliminate empty miles, and improve network efficiency. Powered by AI-driven optimization, it enables more sustainable, transparent supply chains. Role Overview We’re looking for a creative and organised Brand and Social Media Manager who can bring SemiCab’s story to life across our US and India markets. You’ll help us showcase our wins, humanise our technology, and share our thought leadership through social media, events, PR, and brand storytelling that resonate with industry stakeholders, partners, and the investment community. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a consistent posting calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram Draft and schedule engaging, brand-aligned interventions for both US and India audiences Support creation of industry content such as white papers, short videos, and thought-leadership blogs Package existing content into social-ready formats (snippets, quotes, infographics) Track analytics and report on performance for continuous improvement Work with internal teams to source stories, updates, and visuals Support brand-building initiatives, including PR outreach, events, and partnerships Requirements 4–6 years of experience managing social media and brand communication (B2B experience preferred) Strong writing skills with a knack for humanising technical content Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or native scheduling platforms Experience supporting brand or PR initiatives a plus Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision What We Offer Full-time role with hybrid working in Bangalore Opportunity to work with a growing, innovative tech company operating across the US and India Exposure to multiple brand functions including social media, PR, and events Creative autonomy to shape our brand voice and presence Competitive compensation About WinnerBrands At WinnerBrands, we are on a mission to create a community of the brightest marketing minds to deliver impactful, rewarding, and purposeful work by collaborating, contributing & co-learning with smart peers.
