YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in brand and web design, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • Experience of sole brand ownership i.e. the only person managing brand in-house
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, digital design, and web projects
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite etc.)
  • Experience with CMS platforms and an understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile, high-growth environment
  • Able to work cross-functionally with Product, Creative and Sales teams
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for creating a bold and exciting brand identity
  • Experience working in PE-backed or scale-up environments is a plus
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Brand and Web Designer, to own and manage our brand identity across digital, print and web. As our sole in-house design hire, you’ll be joining at a key transitional time for our brand identity – we are ready for an update - a fresh look and feel - and we need someone with a keen eye for style and creative flare, who can take direction and guide us through that exciting process! You’ll wear a few different hats here, covering responsibility for both the strategic development, and tactical delivery of our brand identity. You’ll own the brand visuals across campaign assets and sales collateral, as well as our website and content/product-related materials. You’ll also manage and maintain our website, making sure it reflects our brand and supports our growth goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the direction of our visual brand, in line with the strategic goals of the business
  • Evolve and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and assets
  • Create a wide range of marketing assets such as presentations, product and content collateral, social media graphics, email templates, event materials, digital ads etc.
  • Develop brand guidelines and toolkits for internal and external use
  • Design sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks
  • Support product marketing with visuals for product launches and feature updates
  • Support the creative function by ensuring our platform videos are in close alignment with our brand
  • Own the visual design and user experience of our website
  • Manage updates and content changes in the CMS
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimize landing pages and conversion paths.
