Role Overview We are looking for a Brand Associate who will help drive Perfora’s brand presence across digital and offline channels. The role involves owning Instagram-first content thinking, supporting YouTube initiatives, managing influencer and brand collaborations, and executing key brand campaigns. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can balance creative strategy with fast, hands-on execution in a dynamic startup environment. Key Responsibilities Drive an Instagram-first brand strategy by planning and overseeing the content calendarin collaboration with internal creative teams and external partners. Conceptualise brand-led content ideas, formats, and campaigns aligned with communication priorities, product focus, and business goals. Support ideation, planning, and execution of engaging YouTube content including long-form videos, creator integrations, and brand storytelling formats. Work closely with influencer and creator partners to brief, manage, and close high-quality content deliverables across platforms. Identify and execute brand collaborations that help expand reach, relevance, and cultural presence. Lead brand initiatives for offline visibility such as pop-ups, flea market activations, co-working space events, and other on-ground opportunities. Track and analyse brand and content performance metrics to derive insights and improve future campaigns and content effectiveness. Support product launches, sale moments, and new category entries with strong brand storytelling and campaign execution. Build mood boards and work with photographers, videographers, creators, and designers to bring brand ideas to life. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in brand, social media, content, or marketing roles within a consumer brand or creative agency, preferably in skincare, oral care, personal care, or adjacent lifestyle categories. Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube content ecosystems, trends, and consumer behaviour. Experience working with influencers, creators, or brand collaborations is highly preferred. Ability to think creatively while also managing execution timelines and multiple stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership. Basic understanding of content creation, shoots, and editing tools Personal content presence or creator experience is an added advantage
