Brand Business Development (US Focus)-fully remote About Us - We are a leading global digital content & entertainment platform. - Our specialties include premium original content creation, global IP operation, and cross-border brand development. - We possess strong layout and resource advantages within the global content industry. - Our commitment is to build a diversified global content ecosystem and expand brand influence across North America through localized operations and high-quality partnerships. Key Responsibilities - Devise and execute strategies to support the business development team, with the goal of improving brand awareness and influence. - Manage and strategize international marketing efforts, including brand promotions, marketing events, and various activities aimed at elevating the brand. - Source, develop, and nurture brand partnerships; negotiate and drive end-to-end international collaborations, including co-branding initiatives, social media collaborations, and offline events. - Research industry trends and consumer insights, and share findings with the internal team. - Liaise with internal teams regarding needs and plans for brand marketing; collaborate on brand stories and social media content. - Oversee budgets related to marketing materials and coordinate with internal teams. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience in content/entertainment branding or marketing (background in novels, comics, animations, films, or media companies preferred). - Strong understanding of global content markets, with experience managing brand projects, organizing exhibitions or offline events, and established connections in brand partnerships. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
