Responsibilities

Are you a creative and organised marketer looking for a role where you can truly make an impact? We’re seeking a Brand & Campaigns Specialist to join a growing team, helping to drive awareness and customer engagement for innovative home solutions.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that connect with homeowners and deliver measurable results.
This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your marketing expertise with your passion for sustainability, while working in a collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced environment. This is a 4 month initial contract, part time - 2 days per week.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Translating insights into compelling campaign briefs with clear objectives.
  • Partnering with agencies and internal teams to develop creative marketing assets.
  • Managing content and updates across digital platforms
  • Coordinating activity across campaign calendars, media plans, and reporting.
  • Supporting event activations, store initiatives, and go-to-market programs.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and sharing insights with the team.
  • Assisting with budget management, approvals, and campaign reporting.

About you:

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing, brand, or campaign roles.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a sharp eye for detail.
  • A collaborative team player with the confidence to engage stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and campaign reporting.
  • Passionate about innovation, customer engagement, and sustainability.
