Nespresso is looking for a Brand Channel Manager. As Brand Channel Manager at Nespresso you will be responsible for creating engaging brand marketing experiences that effectively communicate our value proposition across various channels, including our Nespresso boutiques, trade (both offline and online), the app, and our websites (including professional.com). Your role will involve transforming our points of sale into coffee discovery platforms that enhance brand desirability and drive commercial success.
In this full-time position, you will be an integral part of a dynamic brand marketing team coordinating and aligning efforts with various teams, including sales, product management, and marketing communications to ensure a cohesive and effective roll-out of all channel initiatives.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
  • Proven experience in brand management, visual merchandising, or marketing within the retail sector;
  • 4-6 years of experience in brand or retail marketing, ideally within a premium brand, high-end retail or luxury FMCG context;
  • Experience in managing external agencies;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and spoken);
  • Passion for coffee, understanding of the coffee industry is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Develop Brand Channel Strategy: co-create customer-centric strategies to enhance brand experiences and coffee discovery.
  • Increase Brand desirability & traffic: maximize marketing initiatives to boost foot traffic to retail and trade locations.
  • Coffee Taste & Discovery Experiences: drive coffee taste and discovery, attracting new customers and enhance loyalty.
  • Campaign Implementation: together with the Campaign & channel Specialist, adapt and amplify global campaigns. Foster cross-functional alignment to generate maximum impact across all channels.
